Wally is a simple text based chat database. It can't even be called a bot really. Every sentence you type is stored in the database. If you answer a sentence from the database, then other people will see that answer if they ask the same question. So, every sentence will get it's own response in the database.
If no answer is found, it will start throwing random sentences at you that relate to your conversation's keywords. So if you tell it something about cars for which it has no response, it will search in the database for a response with the word "car" in it.
